Testing of 48V Battery Management System

For a battery manufacturer in Germany we delivered the testing application for the new 48 Volt battery management system. The new 48 Volt battery for hybrids is helping a great deal on saving fuel and thereby producing remarkably less CO2 emissions.

 

Testing System

15  x DAQ systems with a total of 40-60  input channels for measuring voltage  and temperature on the cells with interface to the client's DAQ software using Modbus, Ethernet, EtherCAT.

 

Specials

  • Sample rate per channel up to 100 kHz
  • Galvanic isolation channel 100/500/1200 VDC
  • High precision of temperature measurement using TC , Pt100/Pt1000, NTC
